INTERIOR FIT OUT SPECIALISTS THORNTON PROJECT SOLUTIONS EYE FURTHER ACQUISITIONS IN THE FIT OUT SECTOR
Thornton Project Solutions have announced their intention to strengthen their already well established brand through a number of strategic acquisitions of companies in the interior fit out market.
The types of segments that will be targeted include specialist joinery shops, fabricated modular display systems, shop fitters and shop fitting project management. The decision to target the fit out sector was to improve upon TPS’s current service by broadening their knowledge and expertise within the market place.
These acquisitions will accelerate the growth of TPS into a key player with in the interior fit out market. With the new skills, technology and experience TPS are taking on-board they expect to be able to take on more challenging 7 and 8 figure contracts within the retail, commercial and leisure sectors. TPS’s new found economies of scale will allow them to work more efficiently and competitively.
To assist TPS in the acquisition process, Red Box Securities, a specialist London based acquisition Consultancy Company, have been instructed to identify and approach suitable companies within the interior fit out marketplace. Institutional finance is already in place for the acquired companies.
